B&W

I found these trying to find something else on the computer the other day. From a project that stranded a few years back. Maybe I can use them for something else some day. Made with old lead letters.

The Polar Bears in Copenhagen Zoo has got a new facility, and here are some very beautiful photos of them. As the zoo keeper says in the video, the Polar Bears were puzzled by the presence of humans below them, and tried to reach them :-) Be sure to press »Fuld skærm« (full screen) to savour the images. Almost hard to grasp that these cuddly creatures are among some of the most dangerous.

Knit One - Purl One

I've been longing for at new knitting project for a while, and after lots of surfin' and considerin' a choice was made. Helga Isager's Oak is in a collection from 2008, I think. It's a long vest knitted with three strings of Isager wool. The vest is made in one piece, and is pattern from bottom to top, so I won't be much of a conversationist knitting this one :-) Which is also the reason I think it will take me a while!
Good thing there's no rush ;-)
Helga Isager is one of my favorite knitting designers. She brings knits to a whole new level, with her beautiful designs and patterns. You can see her new collection here. And more knits here

Hey, how's that jigsaw puzzle comin' along...?

It's been such a busy week I didn't have time to share. Grrrhh... Ummnphh ... Urghhhh (making the faces), but I finished the superhero jigsaw puzzle!

I am (also) very happy to announce that the two collage workshops Pernille and I are hosting in March and April sold out in a week. We are planning, and gathering and putting together now, and looking so much forward to two whole days with steamin' creativity! :-) Can't wait.

Have a delightful Sunday!

Collage Workshop

  • Frokost, the og kaffe i dejlige, inspirerende lokaler.

One womans trash, another womans treasure.

For any English readers who must think: »huh...?«, here's a quick overview of the above:
